THEY KEEP US COMING BACK! our family has leased or purchased 4 new toyotas(2 truck, 2 suv) from scott raglin at heart city in the last 5 years. the reason we come back time and our family has leased or purchased 4 new toyotas(2 truck, 2 suv) from scott raglin at heart city in the last 5 years. the reason we come back time and again is that scott and his counterparts actually listen to what you have to say. they do not waste time trying to sell you on what you don't want or need. 2 of 4 purchases were for vehicles scott actually had to search all over for and dealer trade for. in both cases he found us exactly what we were looking for and he and the rest of the staff kept our prices exactly within the budget we'd given them without trying to sell us anything we didn't want. our trips in for service and repairs have been pleasant as well and once the service dept. actually got us a great price and great service on a non toyota repair as well. we couldn't be happier with the way we are treated there. Money FIRST I told the service writer today "I will not be coming back here" and that I felt bad because up until today had never had a bad experience with them. She not only ignored my giving her a chance to make it right. Or at least address my concerns. She walked away completely as if it didn't surprise or bother her. Her lack of customer service was aHUGE disappointment. Second I have never paid more for an oil change than I did today. It seems like EVERYTIME i have ever gotten an oil change it has been a different price. And for what its worth i would have gladly paid that amount, IF they had auctually done half of what they claimed to have done. I felt like I was ripped off and will not be back there. And wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More
