We could always count on Kendall to answer our questions fully, honestly, and promptly. He was patient with us and was able to locate the precise vehicle we needed. Today’s advanced vehicle technology is great for convenience and safety, but it can require a steep learning curve. Kendall was a great teacher whenever we needed to learn something technical about our new vehicle. Harold Davis handled the paperwork with care and easy-to-understand explanations. Kara and the ladies in the office took care of all our title paperwork and even sent it to us via UPS, saving us a four-hour round-trip drive. Kendall was extremely knowledgeable and told me a plug-in version would be coming in the next year and a half and then he showed me all the safety and comfort technology. He also got one in that fit my needs without a commitment from me. The other dealership was not as knowledgeable nor would they locate a car that had the equipment I wanted. We bought the Rav 4 at Heart City and Kendall stayed late to train us on all the technology and settings. This is the third car we have purchased here. They really seem to care about customers. More

I also own a 2004 Celica. I was able to have my mechanic go over the car, he was impressed with the condition. He recommended some additional work, which was taken care of before purchase. They even took my old car in as a trade and gave me the recommended blue book. Financing was very easy. Being as this is a Toyota, I expect this will be the last car, I will ever need to buy!
