We are Wisconsinites who have a Toyota dealership 1/2 mile from our home. We choose to drive 4 hours to HeartCity Elkhart Indiana because they were honest, and easy to work with. When we asked for a carfax, we got a full carfax, nothing left out. When asked for numbers, they gave numbers that didnt have extra added costs to buy vehicle. They even dropped cost so we could purchase OEM parts for the interior. We already owned a Prius and now we have added a Rav4 hybrid to our personal fleet. My recommendation would be HeartCity Toyota,from service, sales, finance, to management, they are very professional. More
