A painless car buying experience! For me, there are two aspects of buying a car - the price I receive and the car buying experience. Usually, dealerships may be good at one but not th For me, there are two aspects of buying a car - the price I receive and the car buying experience. Usually, dealerships may be good at one but not the other. Hawk is one of those dealership that is good at both. I was doing a 1000 mile radius search for an Alltrack. From the moment I connected with the salesperson - Jose Guzman - everything was excellent. I asked for their best , all-in price quote, and I did not get the "hey! When can you come in to test drive the car?" pitch (duh - I am 750 miles away - did you even read my e-mail?). They did not take a "hey - he's not going to bring the car here for service, so why should we give him our best quote" approach. Their quote was right on point - Jose - and the sales manager, Sam - gave me their best price the same day. They picked me up from O'Hare - over 30 miles away - and the sales process was done in an hour. The finance manager, Mike, was great - we were through the paperwork in 10 easy minutes - and all that was left was the 750 mile drive home (erk). I would HIGHLY recommend Jose and everyone at Hawk - it was an excellent car buying experience! More
