Bad experience Very horrible experience at Hawk Volkswagon dealing with salesman Andrew Freeman and his boss and some lady who lied even more than Andrew did. I took my daughter there to look at leasing a car with paper in hand of things we needed to have in order to go ahead with any deal. $2500 for her trade-in and a payment of $200 a month or less. Andrew promised us the moon but told us that in a lease we would not be able to get all of the dealer incentives ($4,068.00) as if we were purchasing. Fine Andrew what can you do we ask? His response to me was only $2000.00 for her trade in and a monthly payment of $197 a month. PERFECT!!! I replied and had to leave for a meeting that I was running late for. My daughter gets home with her new leased car and is very happy until I see the paperwork. She only got $1000.00 for a trade in, made her pay $2000.00 in down payments and most important remember the dealer incentives ($4,068.00) that we could only get part of? She got ZERO dollars. Of course, we went to the dealership to confront them and get an explanation. we were met with rude people, liars, back pedalers, and most of all a salesmen Andrew Freeman who threw the papers back at us because he could not explain or would not explain how he got caught in his lies. Bottom line is.... Dont buy a car or lease a car from Hawk VW or from Andrew Freeman unless you want to hear one number on the car you are looking at, but really want to hear a lie and pay another price. Shame shame on you for taking advantage of a young girl who by the way is a college student living on a very fixed income. Shame Shame Hawk VW. More

The BEST car buying experience ever!!! This is was best car buying experience ever in my life !!! Whole deal took one hour from walking in the building and leaving with brand new Passat R L This is was best car buying experience ever in my life !!! We knew what we wanted and sales manager Dave Casey made sure that whole process went without a glitch. Sales person Richard Jesuit was awesome and explained everything in a professional matter , showed us all new car features explained all dealership benefits and got us in to finance office in no time .
