I recently had fantastic service from Hawk Ford. I scheduled a 40,000 maint review. They did the inspection and called me to say “all good, nothing needed.” Literally zero oversell! I am sorry it took 2 trips to repair my initial issue of communication from the app to the car. I even had to call the service to get the fault code.
