I received a recall on my Bronco called the service department and they got me scheduled promptly. I opted to wait and was shown to the waiting room Jerry explained what they were going to do and came department and they got me scheduled promptly. I opted to wait and was shown to the waiting room Jerry explained what they were going to do and came and got me when car was finished, Jerry went above and beyond to answer my questions and show me what I did not know about my bronco. Great people with good knowledge of the industry, but to slow. I send a lot of trucks there with an appointment and on average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change with tire rotation.
