They actually researched my cars issue instead of just guessing. I took it to 2 other places first, one being another Ford dealer and they guessed at three problem which was a $2600 fix. Connor actually l guessing. I took it to 2 other places first, one being another Ford dealer and they guessed at three problem which was a $2600 fix. Connor actually looked into the issue and researched other service records, found the answer and fixed it with a simple reprogram. Saved me thousands. I will forever trust this dealership who cared more about the customer and less about their bottom line. More

While the staff here always treats my vehicle well, there is a serious problem with communication. Twice now my vehicle has been kept for 24+ hours for an oil change. I’ll call and get bounced around on the is a serious problem with communication. Twice now my vehicle has been kept for 24+ hours for an oil change. I’ll call and get bounced around on the phone, be told someone will call me back, then the shop closes for the day without a call and my car is stuck there until the next business day. Again, no issues with how they service my vehicle and everyone is always friendly, but better communication is needed. More
