I recently visited the diesel service center and interacted mainly with Kathy Czerwinski and, I believe, Ryan. First and foremost, I want to commend their customer service skills. Both Kathy and her interacted mainly with Kathy Czerwinski and, I believe, Ryan. First and foremost, I want to commend their customer service skills. Both Kathy and her colleague (possibly Ryan) were extremely helpful and exhibited a pleasant demeanor throughout my visit, making the experience more comfortable. However, I did encounter some issues that need addressing. Notably, it was surprising to find that neither Kathy nor her colleague's names were listed in the service department directory. This lack of recognition for their roles seems odd and perhaps something the management should rectify. Regarding the service provided, while the staff was accommodating, the technical diagnosis fell short on my first visit. I initially paid for services including an oil change, air filter replacement, and fuel filters replacement, under the impression that these were the root of my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It turned out the real problem was with the turbo, which thankfully was covered under warranty. I appreciate the effort made by the service team, but I believe the diagnostic process could be more accurate and efficient. Identifying the correct issue on the first visit would have saved me time and unnecessary expenses. That said, the discovery of the actual problem and its coverage under the warranty partially offset my initial dissatisfaction. In conclusion, while the customer service at the diesel service center is commendable, especially the assistance provided by Kathy and her colleague, improvements in the accuracy of initial diagnostics would greatly enhance the overall service experience.
