I received a recall on my Bronco called the service department and they got me scheduled promptly. I opted to wait and was shown to the waiting room Jerry explained what they were going to do and came department and they got me scheduled promptly. Great people with good knowledge of the industry, but to slow. I send a lot of trucks there with an appointment and on average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change with tire rotation.
