I want to say the original service rep I spoke with, Lukasz, was good. I brought my 2019 Chrysler 309 in for an airbag recall. They broke every mounting screw holding the airbag inflators in. Afterwards, a service rep, Alberto, sent me a text message asking me to complete a survey in exchange for a free oil change or a free tank of gas. After reporting to him that I completed the survey he told me I did not qualify for the oil change or tank of gas because I did not give them all 10s!
