It was a hot mess! I live out of state was promised someone would pick me up from the greyhound station no one showed. So I had to Uber to the dealer. I sat around for over 2 hours for nothing. The truck wasn't clean and there was a huge scratch down the side that wasn't disclosed before buying it. They promised a $100 gift card that didn't happen either. But the cherry on the cake was when the salesman called and yelled at me for not giving him a 10 star review!!. TED***Why would you call and yell at me? Really you should have left well enough alone. More

WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE DEPT, WHAT CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN LIKE IT DID, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY. IM STILL CONFUSED ON WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS DONE WERE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY ON MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500.
