It was a hot mess! I live out of state was promised someone would pick me up from the greyhound station no one showed. So I had to Uber to the dealer. I sat around for over 2 hours for nothing. The truck wasn't clean and there was a huge scratch down the side that wasn't disclosed before buying it. They promised a $100 gift card that didn't happen either. But the cherry on the cake was when the salesman called and yelled at me for not giving him a 10 star review!!. TED***Why would you call and yell at me? Really you should have left well enough alone. More

WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE DEPT, WHAT CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN LIKE IT DID, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY. IM STILL CONFUSED ON WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS DONE WERE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY ON MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I JUST WOULD LIKE A REAL EXPLANATION, ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND WHAT DID IT REALLY TAKE TO GET IT BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. IM THANKFUL THAT IT WAS ABLE TO BE REPAIRED. More
