It was a pleasure working with Bill Mays and the Hardy team on my F-150 purchase. Bill has just the right mix of salesperson and friend. He was very friendly and eager to help, but not to pushy with the team on my F-150 purchase. Bill has just the right mix of salesperson and friend. Excellent customer service - again, he was quick to respond to e-mails and phone messages, but not annoying to call/harass all the time. I wanted to trade my car that got better gas mileage but wasn't too small. Tom listened to what I wanted and then suggested a car I had never heard of! a C-max! Tom Busker was very friendly and compassionate. I had told him that I needed a vehicle to help me keep my employment, that I had no way of getting to Hardy Ford to see their cars, and that I wasn't sure told him that I needed a vehicle to help me keep my employment, that I had no way of getting to Hardy Ford to see their cars, and that I wasn't sure I would qualify for financing. This is the 5th vehicle, (3 trucks, 1 SUV & 1 van), my family has bought from Hardy Family Ford. The last two have been from John Saunders, and he is my "personal" salesman of choice. I shopped some dealerships in our new home location of Cartersville, but returned to make my purchase from Hardy Family Ford. John listens to your desires and concerns. After making a phone call to John and telling him what I was looking for and the desired function, he had the exact vehicle waiting when I arrived. And, the right color inside and out!!! He tries to work with you and is accommodating in every aspect of the purchase. John follows through with everything he says he is going to do and he never pressures you.
