Tom gave us excellent service, with no pressure what-so-ever. We already knew what make and model that we were interested in. Frank Velazquez and Jeff Short are two of the best people in the sales side of the dealership we have had the pleasure to work with in getting new vehicles the past 2 times within the past month. They are the main reason we cont'd to go back for sales and in the future as we buy more vehicles we will want to use Frank and Jeff for those sales also . All the men and women within sales of Hardy Ford should look at how they work and deal with prospective buyers because the way they conduct themselves is the way it should be done. More

Frank took the time to research the car we found on the internet that was being delivered on the lot, and made our experience possible and enjoyable. What I appreciated from our experience, Frank took the time to make phone calls letting me know when our car arrived, following up with emails, and when I arrived to pick up my car on a late Thursday evening, Frank was there helping me to move into my new car and assist in any way possible. We have purchased up to five vehicles from Hardy Ford and the experience with our recent purchase was by far one of the best.
