The customer service here was top notch. Polite and courteous, they gave me straight forward answers without forcing me to do anything I didn’t want to do. There was a little wait from car insurance, so make sure you have your car insurance ready to go if you plan on leasing. If you’re financing, you don’t need car insurance to take the car home. Everyone is super friendly and responsive at this dealership...I have spoken to a number of the people in the past month including salespeople, a sales manager, members of the finance office, and oth dealership...I have spoken to a number of the people in the past month including salespeople, a sales manager, members of the finance office, and others. I think my sale posed a challenge since it was out of state. The person who sent me the original contract made an honest mistake on the FedEx mailer which delayed things. The person who filled out the paperwork to get my car shipped made an honest mistake and put the wrong VIN # on the outbound shipping manifest. I got the car but am unable to drive it since I am still waiting for certain sales paperwork to arrive from the dealer. I needed an original copy but was sent xerox copies. There is one slight fit/finish thing that I would have shown the dealer had I bought in person...a fitting on the body of the car above the left front wheel that isn't a perfect fit. That's more of a Hyundai thing. One suggestion to buyers. The dealership adds on a $500 charge for a protective coat as a way to up the sale price. They kindly took that charge off my sale but bumped up the cost of shipping out of state. The day the car arrived, I got a panicked call from the manager that perhaps they'd shipped the wrong car. I am guessing that things would be much smoother for in state customers, for sure. More
