I had a fantastic experience working with Harbor Hyundai. I did have a newer sales agent who wasn't totally aware of the dealership policies and felt a little pushy in the beginning, but for only having work I did have a newer sales agent who wasn't totally aware of the dealership policies and felt a little pushy in the beginning, but for only having worked at Harbor for a few weeks, he did a great job! I called the dealership for any clarification I needed and the director of sales was more than helpful and made sure I was taken care of and that I had his direct line for any further questions. When I came to pick up the car everything was ready to go and straightforward. It took less than an hour for everything to come together. I would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai go to Harbor! The finance department was also very straightforward, did a great job explaining the forms I needed to sign, and did business with a smile. Can't recommend enough! More

I just called in to put in an order for a Santa Fe, the salesperson told me that Hyundai doesn't do that. I told them yes, they do, as I have already put orders in with two other dealerships, but maybe you salesperson told me that Hyundai doesn't do that.
