They introduced us to Harbor Hyundai and David Davila. When we rolled up in Brett's 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe (with 166,000+ miles) our intention was to just take a test drive. David welcomed us, pitched the Palisade's features, advantages and benefits and gave us the keys for a test drive. Brett was sold. David then explained why Hyundai offered much more in comparison to competitors and that Harbor was not interested in protecting its inventory from potential customers. Then he and his manager Scott proved it. We got a great deal and Brett drove away in his new Palisade with a huge smile.
