Roy, thank you so much for your candor and expressing your feelings regarding the buying process at Harbor. That being said I am a little lost on how we failed to meet your expectations. From what I understand Frank made several attempts to contact you regarding the vehicle and the high rate at which these cars, specifically your color were being sold. We at the dealership are just as distressed as you over the availability of the Elantra and the colors Hyundai provides us. In the end the manufacturer provides us with a limited allocation and we work the best we can with the availability and our customers needs. I understand that even when the car you wanted sold Frank made an effort to provide the same discount on a more expensive car with the color you wanted. In the end we have only so many of the advertised vehicles and when it comes to the Elantra they do sell extremely fast.
