On April 10th 2011, my husband and I picked up our brand new Hyundai Elantra at Harbor Hyundai in Long Beach. We had known what we were looking for and had been given a terrible run-around by several staff members at Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim. In the end we were more than happy with our decision to expand our search to Long Beach (We live in South Orange County). Mike and his team provided exceptional service which, we rest assured, did not end with us driving the car off the lot. We would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for an efficient, trustworthy place to buy! (FYI, it took us two weeks of dealing with rude personnel at the Anaheim dealer to get our deposit back.) More

Super aggressive with their internet pricing. I chose this dealership even though it's 25 miles away from home, and I passed 3 other dealers on the way there. Whereas other dealers were laughing me off like, "Sorry, buddy, we don't want to lose money trying to match that price", Harbor Hyundai was like, "Sure, come on in." Even when I asked for confirmation of a particular vehicle in stock at that price, the salesman sent me an email confirmation of the exact vehicle I wanted. Best experience purchasing a car in my life...ever! More

I want to say that they were very friendly at Harbor Hyundai!!! Tom was very quiet and listened to my car needs.. Using an internet auto buying service, I received 3 quotes from different dealers. I contacted all three and Harbor Hyundai was the friendliest. Everything was presented to me very clearly, and there was nothing fishy about the numbers. Steve was very friendly, and knowledgeable and made the car buying experience less stressful. I visited all these dealerships just to obtain a price quote and make my decision later, but the whole car buying experience - including a GREAT PRICE - was wonderful. I ended up purchasing that day. Internet team will provide you with a good price without haggling. It won't be the lowest quote you'll get, but I think if you do your research you should be dubious of the dealerships that quote you lower haggling. You will be given your space to think about your purchase and won't be pressured to buy. They will of course still pitch you the Dupont treatments for your car, as well as an extended warranty (which is actually a decent Hyundai product even though we ultimately decided to pass on it) but the pressure to buy these is not as great as I've experienced at other places. I'd do business with them again. More
