I want to say that they were very friendly at Harbor Hyundai!!! Tom was very quiet and listened to my car needs.. I have a good eye when it comes to finding any defect in my new ride, so I did find one big one and Tom was great in taking care of that (ordered a new part for me). I was at the dealer like 6 hrs and tom and jim made my buying a Great Experience.. Jim is a Great person (Great Sense of Humor)helped me meet the price I wanted in monthly payments... Tom is #1 sales man... I cant believe for the first time a dealership didnt play games with me..Being a female I am knowledgeble when it comes to BS.lol.. THank you TOM AND TIM........ Using an internet auto buying service, I received 3 quotes from different dealers. I contacted all three and Harbor Hyundai was the friendliest. Everything was presented to me very clearly, and there was nothing fishy about the numbers. Steve was very friendly, and knowledgeable and made the car buying experience less stressful. Internet team will provide you with a good price without haggling. It won't be the lowest quote you'll get, but I think if you do your research you should be dubious of the dealerships that quote you lower haggling. You will be given your space to think about your purchase and won't be pressured to buy. They will of course still pitch you the Dupont treatments for your car, as well as an extended warranty (which is actually a decent Hyundai product even though we ultimately decided to pass on it) but the pressure to buy these is not as great as I've experienced at other places. I'd do business with them again. More
