After dealing with countless dealers that seemed to only perpetuate the negative car dealer stereotype, it was nice to meet two people that didn't operate in such a way - We were more then impressed with th perpetuate the negative car dealer stereotype, it was nice to meet two people that didn't operate in such a way - We were more then impressed with the way they handled us and the sale. I found Harbor Hyundai to be very professional in their dealing with customers. Leonard, especially allowed a lot of time for discussion and worked with us systematically to get the best APR for the loan amount that was possible for first time buyers.He answered all our questions about the car clearly and also called us a couple of times after the purchase to ask about our experience. Never did he try to hurry finishing the deal, which is not very common in this market place. Harbor Hyundai is definitely the best Hyundai dealer in LA with regards to their pricing, customer care, professional attitude and after sales care. Leonard did an excellent professional job. More
