We've purchase 2 vehicles from them in 2011 that were fairly limited (hybrid and higher level packages) in the area. Both times we were given excellent timely service and response. They also had the AAA price which was what initially attracted us to them. We were not pushed to death on extras or add-on services (they understand that "no" means "no"). I had been looking for a car for over 2 weeks. At most of the dealerships that I went to alone, as a woman, I was either ignored altogether or had to track someone down to talk to me. It was very frustrating the dealerships that I went to alone, as a woman, I was either ignored altogether or had to track someone down to talk to me. It was very frustrating. It was worse when I was out with my husband. Sure the sales persons came out right away, but would only talk to him. It was my money and my car and yet I was not the one being talked to ~ even when my husband specifically told them to deal with me and not with him. Ken was fantastic. As soon as we walked on the lot he introduced himself and then let me talk. He paid attention to my needs and explained the pricing of the vehicle and some other features of the car I was looking at. He was not overly aggressive and was not pushy. He let us take our time and when we decided to talk numbers he dealt only with me, as I was the one purchasing the car. I was not ignored and was treated with the upmost respect. It made me want to buy the car from him. Sure with the big sales weekend I could have gone somewhere else and gotten a similar deal, but Ken was all the selling point that I needed. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Ken Bundy. More
