I found Harbor Hyundai to be very professional in their dealing with customers. Leonard, especially allowed a lot of time for discussion and worked with us systematically to get the best APR for the loan amount that was possible for first time buyers.He answered all our questions about the car clearly and also called us a couple of times after the purchase to ask about our experience. Never did he try to hurry finishing the deal, which is not very common in this market place. Harbor Hyundai is definitely the best Hyundai dealer in LA with regards to their pricing, customer care, professional attitude and after sales care. Leonard did an excellent professional job. More

I contacted the dealer by email. Doug responded right away. He was sincere and business like on the phone. Not your usual fake friendly salesman type. I test drove it and then signed the paperwork. I left with my new Elantra. It was a simple, pleasant experience without any pressure. I had contacted 3 other hyundai dealers before finding this one. Two didn't take me seriously and one quit responding to my emails. I'm happy to give Doug Van Dyck my recommendation. More
