They provided me a bottle of water, offered me a snack, immediately took me to see my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid w/ Ultimate Package and we went for a test drive. There were no "hard sell" tactics, no "pushiness" or anything else that is generally associated with buying a car. Doug was a consummate professional, very knowledgeable about the car and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Just a great experience all around....and I LOVE my new car. Buying a vehicle as a woman is a painful experience because salespeople are usually ruthless and in my opinion they think you are dumb. For me it was all about my payment and pathetic credit score whic because salespeople are usually ruthless and in my opinion they think you are dumb. For me it was all about my payment and pathetic credit score which somehow Paul came back with almost ten percent lower. Score one for Paul besides being nice. I wasn't going to buy that day even though I was qualified but the dealership happened to have what I was looking at online and more. Paul was nothing but polite, answered all my questions, wasn't being slimy nor pushy. By the end of the sell not only would I recommend him I felt like I needed to put up him on my Christmas card list because he was so unlike all my other experiences but felt like he could be like a person you could become friends with. Now, I'm not crazy, he just had a good personality and I appreciated it and know we are not going to be friends. More
