Car salesmen are known to be sleazy, pushy, overbearing, and manipulative and this was something I hoped not to encounter. Over the phone Paul was professional, prompt, clear to the point, friendly, and came across as a man of integrity (as much as a salesman can be). He was very reasonable and understanding to find a good price for us. Getting to the dealership, he was a quick and efficient no-nonsense type of guy while still giving me space to breathe and take in the situation. I'm pleased to have had Paul as my salesman. He was never sarcastic, rude, pushy, or overwhelming. Instead, Paul was informative, genuine, stated all things clearly, calm in demeanor, efficient and made my experience better than what it could have been with another salesman or dealership. More

Since I already was certain of the car I wanted to buy, there was no "over the top" sales preasure thrown my way which was nice. Since I was a first time Hyundai buyer, I had Many questions about the company. All my questions were answered, including a background of the company and what some of their automotive high performance goals are for the future. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless this dealership got me through the paperwork. I was walked out to my prestine Genesis Coupe, and completely shown the entire workings of the car...including the pairing of my cellphone to the bluetooth system right on the spot! Driving off the lot that day I realized that Harbor Hyundai and I were going to have a great relationship in the future.
