I was so impressed with the price of the car with the luxurious features I wanted, the unbeatable warranty and the outstanding service....I knew it was the right car for me and that I couldn't pass it up. I told him which car I wanted and the monthly payment that I expected and I got exactly what I wanted. Right before he handed the keys over to me, we sat in the car and he went over all of the features and even synched my phone up to the car. If that wasn't enough he even had me circle all of the XM channels that I wanted to listen to and he programmed them in for me. He went way above and beyond the call of duty for me. When I drove off the lot, I felt like I was already in expert in utlizing all of the features for my new vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend working with James Kraft if you are in the market of buying a new car. More

Took my car in on a recall notice and to find out if I really needed the 36 month service at this time. Even though my care is 3-years old, I have low mileage, so turns out I didn't. There are definitely benefits to having all my service done at Harbor Hyundai. Their price for an oil change is right in line with "independent" garages. So why take it elsewhere? And they have all my service history stored on computer. Oh, yeah. And they washed my car, too! Sweet. More
