Ruben is amazing! He is friendly and outgoing, without being pushy at all. He is very genuine and professional. He does what he says he is going to do, and follows through promptly! He gave me a good deal and went the extra mile to get the color of car I wanted--in 1 day! He stayed late two nights in a row for me, never looking at his watch once or making me feel rushed. He reviewed all the features of the car with me with great patience and thoroughness, again, not making me feel rushed. Joni, the Finance Manager, was also very friendly and helpful and went over everything with me. This is a great dealership so far, and I look forward to a long relationship with them! More
