He knew all the right questions to ask in order to determine what I needed/wanted and he had answers to all my questions as well. He was friendly and knowledgable, which convinced me that this was the right place to purchase my new car. The entire process was fun and exciting and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Paul made my first car-buying experience a great one and I'm so happy he was there to help me! My new Santa Fe Sport is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. It is a great car and I feel that I am in good hands at Harbor Hyundai for future service needs.
