An honest and fair dealership with amazing service. We've been looking for a second car since our Lexus died on us earlier this year. As people are probably aware, the car market is not what it was pre We've been looking for a second car since our Lexus died on us earlier this year. As people are probably aware, the car market is not what it was pre-pandemic. Not enough production, overpriced used cars, getting MSRP on a new car seems like a dream, etc. Frustrated with the dealerships near us, we ventured outside of our Orange County bubble to Harbor Hyundai. The service we received was above-and-beyond. Not only were they not pushy, the price we got on a new Elantra was very fair. Personally I was pushing for our family to buy used but we got such a good deal that it was worth it to buy new. The price rivaled some quotes we got for USED cars at other dealerships. We went on a Saturday so the place was quite busy but even with so many customers (a testament to their popularity and service), our needs were met every step of the way. Our salespeople were Randy and Mike, Very satisfied with my purchase and with Harbor Hyundai. More
