Go for Aaron Soto, but bring your own financing I had an incredibly positive experience with Aaron Soto. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and allowed me the time and space to come to my own decisio I had an incredibly positive experience with Aaron Soto. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and allowed me the time and space to come to my own decisions about the car. I went in for a 2015 car, and he did not try to upsell me. In fact, I upsold myself because of the thorough way Aaron described the 2015. I realized it wasn't what I wanted, and turned to a 2017 on the lot. He showed me all the bells & whistles and helped me set up the fancy features. That was the end of my positive experience. I was misled about an extended warranty (I was told it wouldn't be added to the financed amount, and it was). My financing was also transferred to TD Auto Finance, when I came in with Capital One. AT NO TIME did they tell me I now had a new lender. I only caught it when reviewing the contract. When I called to cancel the extended warranty, I was subjected to the kind of circular information that is meant to wear you down and quit out of frustration. I was told that I could not get an emailed copy of what the new contract would look like, because "we don't email contracts." I'm a lawyer. Contracts get emailed all the time. They insisted on a fax. Basically, if anyone needs a new car, use Aaron, but avoid the finance department all together. I do not trust them, and their practices were a far way away from transparent. More
Should have pushed back After deciding on an in-stock vehicle and indicating to the initial salesman that I was looking for a no frills-basic car and wanted no added features After deciding on an in-stock vehicle and indicating to the initial salesman that I was looking for a no frills-basic car and wanted no added features, extras or warranties, a closing financial representative had input into the closing paper work an extreme and excessive warranty package I really did not want or believe is needed for one of Hyundai's lower priced vehicles. An almost 3 thousand dollar add on to the price is something I really did not want. Nearly 22 percent of the listed price of the vehicle is absurd and a troublesome finical blow. I believe it was a bit deceptive and slick for the sales process to proceed this way. I am very upset with the outcome. I am also disappointed in my finical company, Kinecta, in them not having any contacted with me in any regards to the whole transaction. More

He worked his magic and had a brand new car for me within my terms. I drove down to the dealership and told him I was in a hurry. He and the others worked quickly with the paperwork, my trade in, detailing my new car and had me out the door in record time. Thank you Oscar and John (in finance dept). I will for sure recommend Harbor Hyundai and Oscar Rodriguez to friends and family! More
