Arrived twenty minutes early “why are you here early?” Told them I was going to drop off my computer “where are you going-YOU NEED TO SIGN SOME DOCUMENTS” I will be right back going to drop off my computer. When my service tech was ready “asked again why are you here early” Sorry. Where are your keys are they in the car? No I have them right here -expending hand big sigh and eye roll. I have write up you report “SIT DOWN” heading to where my stuff was”No sit Here”. (I guess I am now in time out) Working and watching TV and assuming it was the General Manager ( can see why the staff was surly and short with customers. Wow would not want him as my boss. People were watching GMA and he just changes the channel. Putting on KCAL xxxxx news that repeats every ten minutes- great for people sitting two hours. Not a welcoming place - felt like customers are a burden….. Suggestion put the text in screen so people can better watch TV with the low volume. Question is do I go back for next service…. Let’s see what happens More

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. I came in here needing to buy out the lease of my car and when they gave me the monthly payment with their absolutely awful interest rate of 10.5% th I came in here needing to buy out the lease of my car and when they gave me the monthly payment with their absolutely awful interest rate of 10.5% they snuck in a $3,500 extended warranty without telling me. Even when I went into the financing he conveniently failed to tell me that it was an added charge, on top of my buy out amount and something I would also be paying interest on, absolutely unacceptable and they completely went behind my back and took advantage of me. I will be refinancing this terrible loan and will never go back to Harbour Huydai ever again. If you go there absolutely watch your back because any chance they get they will take advantage of you. More

Another Dealership's service department stated my Elantra had no recalls. I spoke to Meshlin at Harbor Hyundai on the phone who told me there was one recall and they would take care if it. I asked them to c had no recalls. I spoke to Meshlin at Harbor Hyundai on the phone who told me there was one recall and they would take care if it. I asked them to check for any other issues which they did. Their service department had everything completed in under two hours. Great staff and super clean location.
