First of all, thank you for your loyalty to Harbor Chevrolet. You are correct that Harbor is under new ownership as of November 2021 but we are very much still a family owned business. Thank you for reply. However eliminating that one position happened to be the only reason I Purchased so many vehicles as did my cooperate friends. My loyalty wasn’t so much for harbor Chevrolet, it was for the superior customer service with Chris Smith.

no need to respond , i've tried 3x with the people at harbor chevrolet and they refuse to talk. so, i've turned it over to ( B A R ) and should get resolution. like i said i'll never comeback to harbor chevy nor recommend harbor chevy
