Salvador Flores is a great person to deal with. The entire transaction was done over the phone. In each case, he has delivered the vehicle to my residence, 30 miles away from the dealership. The paperwork was done at my residence. Everything was completed as promised. There was no back and forth with a manager, or "would you take?" negotiations. I received an amazing deal from the get go. I have never had an easier transaction. In the past, I have walked out of several dealerships when the games started. With Sal, there were no "games". I will get my next vehicle from Sal when I am ready for another one and I highly recommend him and this dealership. More

After searching for months for a truck to add to our company fleet I came across a truck here at Harbor Chevrolet that was exactly what we were looking for. In this market trucks are priced outrageously and most dealers, even when offered cash, will not negotiate. Shortly after I sent an email expressing my interest in this truck I received an email and phone call from Nate. Nate was different than most of the salesmen I had spoken to over the last few months. He was extremely polite and not pushy at all. When I asked the question, if we were to pay cash if he would be able to come down on the price at all his answer shocked me.... "of course". Without hesitation Nate was the first salesman (out of many) who was willing to negotiate with me. He even seemed happy to do so. That was my first positive with this dealership. The next day my husband and I drove down to see the truck and hopefully make the purchase. From the moment we stepped on the lot we could tell this was not just another car dealership. Every single person we interacted with was just laid back and easy going. No pushy sales people just really nice and honest people hoping that whether you buy from them or not you leave there feeling like family. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of their names. But every single one of them were awesome. We were able to negotiate a price even lower than our budget and walked out with a barely broken in truck for a very reasonable price. One of the owners happened to be there at the time and came up and introduced herself to us. Michelle was incredibly nice. One thing we kept hearing from each employee we spoke to was how this was a family owned business and how the owners and management were wonderful to work for. That says so much about a business.
