I was actually pretty excited to purchase a car based on the reviews I read on this website and was looking forward to a good experience. He is a relatively new employee but he was patient and thorough, and most importantly was transparent about not knowing an answer but would find out for me. After picking the vehicle and finalizing a price with his colleague was when things went downhill. Filled out the finance application in the morning and ran my credit (not sure why since I wasn't going to finance with them). In a nutshell, his team leader called me that evening for my credit card number to place the vehicle on hold for 2 days, picking up on the 3rd day. Gave him my card number and he ran it. He called me about an hour later to let me know that the car was already in the process of being financed and he voided the transaction, and to call the consultant in the morning to find a new car. Disappointed to say the least since we felt a sigh of relief that we finally found a car that we liked and secured it. I’m assuming it was a better deal for them which I get, but not good business etiquette. A sales manager reached out and apologized after to see if I was interested in a more expensive car at MSRP. More

I can't even begin to share how grateful I am for the experience I had at Harbor Chevrolet. After I had a terrible experience with one of those "online only" dealerships; Andrew, Matt, Liliana, and Jalen experience I had at Harbor Chevrolet. After I had a terrible experience with one of those "online only" dealerships; Andrew, Matt, Liliana, and Jalen stepped in to help me out, and make my purchase from Harbor most enjoyable car buying experience I've had in the last 20 years. This group of folks worked to get me into the SUV quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was buttoned up as easily as possible. I've purchased over 20 vehicles in the last 10 years, and these folks are simply the best. Highly recommend. More
