Worst experience I had I went for an oil change. I made an appointment for 4/18 at 9:15am all they did to my truck was a software upgrade for the dam radio. My truck was at 6% oil and my appointment I made an appointment for 4/18 at 9:15am all they did to my truck was a software upgrade for the dam radio. My truck was at 6% oil and my appointment was specifically for the oil change not the radio software update 😒 all the service department could tell me was leave it till 5pm or come back tomorrow. Never going there again so frustrating. More
