The service area at this dealership was easy to access, and there wasn’t a long line. The representatives were helpful. The reasons I didn’t give it a five star was because: 1. They failed to give me updat and there wasn’t a long line. The representatives were helpful. The reasons I didn’t give it a five star was because: 1. They failed to give me updates, so that meant it took me calling multiple times to understand what was happening with my car. 2. I was not given any verbal updates regarding my car outside of the work that they did although we discussed them looking at a couple of other things. 3. I took my car to be serviced on a Monday with a 930 appointment and I was told prior by the representative I scheduled with that it would be really quick and unfortunately I didn’t get my car until the afternoon of the following day, which made me miss out on work. More

I have no idea who Daniel is, but we were helped by Christopher Lopez. We have been helped by Chris twice before and we loved his attitude and helpfulness. This time around unfortunately Chris was uncommunicative and actually got short with me on a phone call, where he seemed annoyed by my requests for an update. We understand it can be busy at the shop and we don't expect to be catered to, but we believe that there should be better communication in the future when it comes to the length of stay for our vehicle.
