I just bought my 2017 BMW I3 through Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach. I inquired about pricing and information through the website, and Jose Cruz reached out to me within 24 hours to send me his information Long Beach. I was able to go in to see the car and was treated like family. Jose NEVER pressured me or made it seem like I NEEDED to purchase the vehicle. Jose partnered with his manager Sheldon to help me through the loan process and ensure that we got the car in the perfect pricing. We saw the vehicle online, received a call from Sheldon to set up a time to come see it. We met Teresa and test drove the vehicle. Before we completed the deal we were ablevto have our mechanic check it to set up a time to come see it. We met Teresa and test drove the vehicle. Before we completed the deal we were ablevto have our mechanic check it out. There was 2 minor things to fix, that was covered by the mechanical breakdown warranty. Very good and quick transactions, completed the deal within about 36 hrs or less. Sorry Sheldon, I can't give you 5 stars...like you, I want to win. I came close, thanks.
