Very helpful, was looking for a highly saught out color (Cyber Gray) and they were the only dealer able to porvide with out all the crap of trying to sell me something else. David's honesty with us and his non-agressive nature kept us in the door. His assurance that there would be no backdoor price/payment increases also played out correctly. We also appreciated Matt's professionalism and quickness to answer our questions fully and honestly. At no point did we feel that we didn't know what we were missing something in buying this car. Both David and Matt fully apprised us of all of our options but we never felt pushed. If your service department is as honest and economically feasible as your sales and finance department are, we will be customers for life. Was talking with Transito over email and phone for over a couple days and we were able to discuss a number of possibilities for me. I originally went to David with the problem of not being able to obtain a truck in the color that my company needed it in. Keep in mind that I also went to four to five other dealerships, as well and none able to obtain a truck in the color that my company needed it in. Keep in mind that I also went to four to five other dealerships, as well and none of them even suggested that we factor order the vehicle directly. In doing so, we were able to get a truck in the color we needed it in and within a very short period to time. Kudos to Harbor Chevrolet and David Henriquez in particular. More
