Although we had originally intended to finance through our credit union, the sales manager was able to find financing that was more cost effective. In fact, by getting the loan through Harbor Chevrolet, it saved us the trouble of driving back and forth between the dealer and the credit union so that we were able to take delivery of the vehicle immediately. Overall, I would rate the experience at Harbor Chevrolet as OUTSTANDING. Transito did point out all of the options, but didn't show me how to adjust them. It would have been helpful as this car is unfamilier to me and I had to pull over read the manual, so I could adjust things before driving home. More

When I brought to his attention he fact that Kelley Blue Book valued the car lower than the price the dealership was asking, he reminded me that quite a bit of work had been done to the car to bring it up to the company's expectations.
