After having several negative experiences with Chevrolet dealerships in the Los Angeles area, I decided to search reviews for assistance. I was very impressed at how professional, friendly, and informative the sales manager (Matt) and my sales person (Bill Ortiz) were. Working with them was seamless. They made my experience extremely pleasant. I felt like they really cared about me, and that I was their number 1 priority at all times. I have never had a nicer time buying a car. I really enjoyed working with them, and I look forward to buying my next Chevrolet from them as well. More

We took the car for a test drive then went back to the office to talk price, warranty, etc. The whole process took a bit of time (about 4 hours) but ultimately I was happy with the price and service I received at Harbor.
