After months of research and numerous visits to many dealerships, there is only one place I would ever buy another Chevy : Harbor Chevrolet! Since this dealership isn't particularly close to my house, dealerships, there is only one place I would ever buy another Chevy : Harbor Chevrolet! Since this dealership isn't particularly close to my house, I only visited it since it had received good reviews online and I was not disappointed. Since I went through the Internet Sales department, 98% o f my interaction was with Dallas Maddela and I can't say enough nice things about him! I'm the kind of customer that asks a relentless amount of questions, but Dallas was always very patient and very prompt to respond to my inquiries. Never once did he pursue the 'hard sell' option nor did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Dallas takes the approach of salespeople from before where he knows that it's more important for a customer to trust you than for him to land a sale quickly. It's how customer service should be! Usually after I visit a dealership, I feel tired, worn, pressured, and like I need a shower to wash the sleaziness away. Harbor Chevrolet was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. It was easy, flawless, and overall my best experience buying a car. Additionally, they offered me the best price on my 2013 Chevy Volt! What more could you ask for?! My experience at Harbor Chevrolet was leaps and bounds above my experience at other Chevy dealerships in Southern California. I highly recommend Dallas and the folks at Harbor Chevrolet. I'm a picky customer, and trust me, you will not be disappointed. I had a very poor experience at another Chevy Dealership and was ready to give up on Chevy, but fortunately I found Harbor! More
