Awesome!!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Lilia hours before I went in to test drive the car I wanted. I had just seen it the day before and wasn't sure of how it would look in person. Before I drove out to Harbor Chevrolet I called to find out when the earliest appointment could be. Lilia urged me to come as soon as I could and I did just that. To my surprise the my vehicle looked BETTER in person that it did on the website. It was clean and had the Carfax detail on the vehicle as well. I test drove and knew I wanted it. The best thing is that the sales team wasn't pushy about the sale. It was pretty much up to me, to act on the purchase. I knew what I wanted to spend per month and they were happy to accommodate just that. I was in by 1pm and out by 4pm. Not too bad i'd say. Harbor Chevrolet has plenty of vehicles to choose from and I'm glad that I made the right choice. I love my new car!! More

Awesome Experience buying my car here. This store is a little bit of a haul for me from Irvine, but the local dealership did not have the volt I wanted and I was also less than thrilled wit This store is a little bit of a haul for me from Irvine, but the local dealership did not have the volt I wanted and I was also less than thrilled with their responsiveness. Anyway, I took a chance and sent an email enquiry to Harbor for the car I wanted. Sal was quick to respond and told me that he had the car in stock. We worked out the pricing over the phone and I was very happy with the deal I got finally. Sal kept it professional and never lost his patience even when I switched the car I wanted in the middle (blame the wife for that). Sal also offered to drive the car home to me in Irvine. He showed up at the agreed upon time - this was great. Had all the paperwork with him, that I signed in my living room. Very painless. He then took the time to give me a demo and explained all the features. No rush at all. His ride back arrived, but Sal was giving all his attention to me. When I was comfortable, only then did he leave. Today (2 weeks later) we went to the dealership for the first time and were thrilled to be greeted with smiles all around, free lattes, hot chocolates and drinks in their lounge while we waited for our spare key to the programmed. Overall, very happy with the experience - got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and with service with a smile throughout. Sal is GREAT. Oh yeah...the Volt is a fantastic car. More

Worry free maintenance!. I took my Chevy Volt in for a problem with the 12V battery and OnStar system. They were fast, efficient, friendly and were even accommodating when I picked up the car in a bit of a rush to get back to work. Normally you have to drop off your rental car first, which is often paid for if you're under warranty, but they called the rental car place to have them pick the rental up at the dealer. Little details around customer service like that keep my coming back. Garth and his team are the best. I highly recommend this dealership. I bought my car there and always take it there for service. The sales team is also very professional and it is a pleasure working with them. More
