Great experience with Harbor Chevrolet After getting frustrated with other dealerships over the past week but at least having a few quotes, I called up Harbor Chevrolet and got in touch wit After getting frustrated with other dealerships over the past week but at least having a few quotes, I called up Harbor Chevrolet and got in touch with Ryan Shusterman. I said I was ready to buy today and asked whether they could beat the quote I have. He said he would talk to his manager and call back. This call took just a couple minutes. When he called back, the manager OKed it and beat the price by $200 and we set up an appointment. Done. No dragged out haggling or unnecessary sales pressure like I experienced elsewhere. We got to the location in the afternoon, took a look at the Volt and simply filled out forms. Ryan guided us through the whole process with patience and was up-front about everything which I greatly appreciated. I personally felt other dealerships did a few deceptive things or wasn’t respectful of our time but I didn’t feel that way with Ryan. We left the lot with our new Volt about 5 hours after we arrived, but at no point did it ever feel like we had unnecessary snags or delays. Efficiency. Since time is important, Ryan even went out of the way to smooth things out, like pre-charging the Volt before we even arrived and filling up the fuel tank before we left. This was an ideal finish to a somewhat roller coaster ride. If you’re in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend working with Ryan. Also if you have the chance, talk to Elias in finance too. He does some amazing things with his IRA and properties which can shelter people with high net worth. More
