What no courtesy wash? I was very disappointed after spending a big chunk of money to find that my car was not even given a Courtesy wash . The last car I bought there is a 2006 Highlander and it is still performing like new thanks to the excellent service department. New Key & Remote Lost a key and had to have a new one made. Took about 45 minutes. There was coffee, hot chocolate and pop corn while we waited.
