Ivan was able to forward me some documents before I arrived at the dealer to expedite the trade in / lease process. Then it was time to go to the "Finance" office where Martin explained my options and made that process as smooth as possible. From the moment arrived I didn't feel any pressure from the staff and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Outstanding service at every level. Scott went above and beyond. We bought a 4 cylinder Toyota Tacoma thinking it would be adaquate for our needs., When we found the next morning it wa Scott went above and beyond. I called Scott and he told us he would work with us to find a solution. I returned the original truck that morning and he helped us locate a 6 cylinder model and we are very pleased with. He wasn’t pushy at all and listened to every question I had. He answered all my concerns. We test drove the highlander I picked out. We drove back home and decided we were going back the following day, trade in our car and purchase the vehicle we test drove.
