He was easy going and showed me the Highlander model I was interested in. He answered all my questions and offered a test drive. I hesitated, as I was only there to look. I decided to take the test drive and then talk to Paul about prices. The service was great. Paul and I discussed prices and terms with no "hard sell". I ended up buying the car. Paul was great, and even stayed past his shift to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and that I understood what all buttons and functions on the new Highlander Limited. Love the car. More

Needless to say I found the new car of my dreams, my new 2020 4Runner. I did not buy the car that day, but that did no seem to make a difference. When I returned a few days later to purchase the 4Runner, it was like I was already a member of the family. Not always found at other agencies. Martin was not a hard sell guy on the maintenance programs that were offered and was a pleasure to work with but we still got three of the maintenance options. His explanations were very clear. We used to buy our Toyotas from another dealer but this experience was far superior to that other agency. We also enjoyed the comfort and appearance of the dealership. More
