I need a car now I needed a car quickly for my work had it picked out and was able to work with Joe in not only securing the car but in working and waiting for me In g I needed a car quickly for my work had it picked out and was able to work with Joe in not only securing the car but in working and waiting for me In getting my financing. Due to delays regarding financing I opted to go with their financing and was very happy with the timeliness and of course the car. They had a Tesla in the showroom which my wife is interested in and more likely will come back. Thanks Joe for all your help More

An enjoyable and easy experience from beginning to end I would recommend Hanna Imports to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned car. I began my search on-line and reached out to three different car compa I would recommend Hanna Imports to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned car. I began my search on-line and reached out to three different car companies. Stephen immediately responded to my email (on a Sunday) and had the car in which I was interested available to test drive within an hour of their opening that day. I told him I was also looking at the same make and model at two other places. I loved the car I test drove at Hanna from the beginning, but wanted to continue looking at other options before making a decision. Throughout the week Stephen was appropriate with his follow-up (ie, wasn't pushy or aggressive) and after test driving the same make and model at the other locations, I scheduled another appointment to sit with him and look at their car again. The only thing I DIDN'T love about the car was the absence of a back-up camera (seriously Mercedes, get with the times already...). It was a sticking point for me, and Stephen offered to have one installed as part of our price negotiation. Additionally, when I had technical questions about features unique to Mercedes, Stephen brought in a co-worker who had personal knowledge of the features to show me how to operate them properly. I went back to Hanna the following day and purchased the car. Brandon Winder was also incredibly pleasant to work with during the typically un-fun contract/financing portion of the experience. Like I said, it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. And I LOVE my car!! More
