Good for me So my experience may be diffrent than others.ill list short versions of pros/ cons at the end. I did my research on the vehicles I knew I wanted to lo So my experience may be diffrent than others.ill list short versions of pros/ cons at the end. I did my research on the vehicles I knew I wanted to look at, tested them, found what I wanted, then searched the web for the best match/price. In doing so I found Hanna imports. Initially upon my request I quickly received emails for confirmation. Then I called and spoke with Becky, she was my main contact prior to going there a few days. She seemed very friendly and professional, she’s a great addition to the team. Upon going there I had the idea it was going to be a “hate it and leave, or be happy and buy” attitude. So there was no shopping or trying to decide situations. Teddy was our salesman, he’s a awesome guy, also nice and professional. I was very thorough with my inspection. Probably took a half hour just inspecting the engine housing and under the car. He didn’t rush me or anything. Then we bought the car. Cons: communications had a lot of issues to me. The vehicle I purchased had many options- however until getting there I wasn’t sure what exactly, using about 4 diffrent sources, they all said diffrent things. One in specific was “does not come with cross rails”.....well it came with cross rails. And many other issues. This may also fall in with communication, but also this vehicle had a not perfect carfax review. I had assumptions of this already due to it being “to good to be true”, one of the descriptions even said how it was “below kbb value” which I knew was a flag. Companies don’t not make money when they can. However I was not told about this detail until I physically got there. The guy who did the final paper work. I won’t say he was a major con, he was friendly enough and all. I just had a few issues myself and that part of the experience was below par compared to other experiences. 1) he was unable to register my vehicle in my home state, in fact he seemed entirely surprised by this and immediately didn’t even try and told me I would need to. Last 8 yrs with 3 other vehicles in 3 other states I have not had this issue. Also in the paper work I was told to initial saying “I agreed to ____” which I didn’t, and didn’t initial, and either he didn’t notice, didn’t ask about it,or didn’t care. I don’t know, don’t think it matters a lot. Loan request: the interest amount was way high to me, I ended up calling my bank to get a loan and the interest rate was almost literally half what the offered. Pros: very friendly and knowledgeable staff Great car prices. Large selections After the test drive upon agreeing to buy Teddy filled up and had the car detailed!!!! This is a amazing first for me and admittingly is what helped give the additional 3rd star. Summary: if you know your stuff, or are willing to get it inspected, this is a great place to buy from if you don’t expect 100% brand new. Which for me was fantastic. But you may want to be cautious getting a loan! Hope this helps some one. If you go, ask for Becky or Teddy! More
