Everyone at this dealership was very friendly since the minute we got there. I remember Jose walked up to us and asked us what we needed. He took us to the car we described him. We had to come back another time because the bank was closed that weekend and I couldn't give the down payment. When we came back the following weekend, the car was still there. So we started the paperwork going! I was very impressed when he took me to a tour of the dealership. He showed me every department at the dealership and explained to me what to do and where to park my car for the regular maintenance visits. At the end Ramon Lopez finished all the financial paper work. They washed my new car and even filled up the tank with gas. I was very thankful for their service, friendliness, and most importantly, professionalism! More

The quoted price was honored, and Tracee went out of her way to find a car that exceeded all our requirements - she maintained contact with us and with our office in another city- Finally she came to work on her day off to complete the sign-off. The first thing I thought about was - finally, an honest car salesman. But, it went beyond that too, as Jason is incredibly informed on the Toyota product line and he gave us the tangibles, valuable information we needed to make the right choice - and that too - Jason made us very comfortable during the whole process - we knew he was there to help us make the right choice about the car we wanted. Upon my arrival back home from my deployment the last thing that I wanted to do was buy a new car. My wife and I shopped around for a while and priced out some cars and were chased off a lot of spots by thing that I wanted to do was buy a new car. But when we got to the Toyota dealer here in Hanford it was nice and easy they were helpful but not pushy. We ran out of time the first day because the baby sitter had to go so we told them we would be back tomorrow and Trasee stayed late the day that we came back just so that we would be able to see a familiar face. It was quick and easy once we sat down to sign the paper work and everything. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
