John Miller is the reason I purchased my new Sienna at Hanford Toyota. Months ago I started looking for a car. While visiting Hanford Toyota late last year, I did not meet John. I did though receive a phone call from him after my visit. His personable and honest communication left me pleased with the contact. Months went by and I kept in contact with John but never felt pushed to come in to the store. One day, I found myself up in Fresno looking at cars. Stressed and tired, I pulled over and called John. After explaining my situation, he said to just come on down to Hanford and "I'll take care of you." That he did. I got exactly what I wanted, and at a fair price. You can tire yourself and scour the market looking to shave a few bucks, but there is something to be said about having a honest and true deal between the seller and buyer. And that is worth it. John Miller greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. We went in to look at used cars and ended up buying a new Toyota Camry because the price was perfect for us, retired folks!
