My check engine light came on and when I brought it in, they kept repairing a different part which was covered by my warranty. They have had my vehicle now for 1 1/2 weeks. They still can’t figure out wher they kept repairing a different part which was covered by my warranty. They have had my vehicle now for 1 1/2 weeks. They still can’t figure out where the leak is and assured me that it would be safe to drive even though it is not passing diagnostic. So bottom line, I have my vehicle back after all this time and it is still not repaired. More

Left side Retractable step continues to have problems and get stuck partially when opening/closing driver side doors. This issue began within a month of install. Took it in for repairs and was told nothing can be done because the step operated and did not code, but the computer shows the coding from the issue. More
Wait time is unbelievable long, especially when you have an appointment. Customer service is horrible, when it comes to the service department. Yes, that may be true, but when does my spot in line comes next? Especially if I already had an appointment. My business is going to be taken to a different dealership after this run. More
Not only was my car kept for several days, they charged me 100$ for something I already knew. Then when it came to ordering the part, prior to my arrival at the dealership it was understood they would orde me 100$ for something I already knew. Then when it came to ordering the part, prior to my arrival at the dealership it was understood they would order it and would be in within 5-7 days. I was willing to pay the amount listed, but as I showed up, all of a sudden “we can’t order ANY parts” when I asked the gentleman to clarify what that meant he stated, “due to a strike…or something?” How does that help a customer understand what’s going on in your department? It was a poor excuse to me, after keeping my car for 3 days without a single update. They would like me to “return when we are able to order again” for what?? To get charged seperate 100$+ plus labor and parts? Absolutely horrible service. More
