I first call the original dealership I purchased my dodge journey from (Lampe) and the advisor there said I had no warranty and no recalls on my vehicle. I call Hanford dodge see if they can help and the advisor Robert looked in to my vehicles history, found out I did have a recall for my bad head lights. He had the parts there the next day and then helped me with my vehicle over heating. Lucky it was still under warranty and he took care of me if not for him I would have spent at least a few thousand on both the headlights and head gasket job. All I want to say is thank you Robert for going above and beyond and taking care of me and treating me like family and keeping me updated on my suv status. I highly recommend Hanford dodge. More
